This weeks courses start with 2nd Peter and will cover Jude as well. The 1st class starts a converstation on 2 Peter 2:4, where it talks about God not sparing the angels who sinned. He says there are 2 views on who those angels are. One view is that they are the ones from Gen 2 where the "Sons of God" had relationships with humans, and some think they are the ones that were cast out with Satan. Anyone have any comments on this?

I believe that they were the ones who rebelled along with Satan. I remember that the Bible said that Satan took one-third of the angels with him. He was the first liar and father of lies. He tricked several of God's angels, so we must be on the lookout for his tricks.

Hey Sean, in Genesis chapter six it talks about the "sons of God" seeing the daughters of men and taking them as wives, does your study or you have an opinion of who the sons of God are?

Hey Sean, it's been a long time since I have done any racingbut I can relate ato a roofing job I was on not to long ago. We had this big building to do, I forget now how big it was but I remember starting a side and working fairly fast, and I got to looking for the end and it was a long way off, so I tried to work faster and still it did'nt seem to matter, I was'nt getting done. Then I remembered about the apostle Paul talking about running with patience so I got my eyes off the end(finished roof) and patiently run my shingles knowing that the end was coming and the reward would be there.Amen!!
